while your presentation is going on even without internet connection. For ha
purpose, I strongly believe you already have your presentation tools/materials
prepared in PowerPoint. Now all you need to do is just to embed he videos(s)
into the place I should be.
Before we move on with the
procedure, one thing you must keep in mind is ha, the video you will embed
should align with what you’re presenting, to make it blend for your audience to
have better understanding. In this way, your audience will not feel boring
during your presentation.
First thing is to visit
youtube.com and locate the video you want to use. After you’re done finding the
video, follow the steps below to get it done.
The first tab we’re going
to work with is the “DEVELOPER AB”. Most of the times, you’ll not find it
there. So to activate the developer tab, click on file at the left hand corner
top of your POWERPOINT environment then click options from the drop down menu
at the left.

activated our DEVELOPER TAB, we need to start the main process.
Step 1: Click the more
control tab under control, then a small will pop up, scroll down and locate a
tab called “SHOCKWAVE FLASH OBJECT” and you need to click it and then hit the

drop, next right click inside of the place where you do the click drag and
drop, next select “property sheet” and move over to the next level.
Step 3: Remember, after you
have clicked the properties option, a list of new options will appear in a
small window at the left hand corner of the PowerPoint page. Pay more attention
as it requires more understanding to get it done. Find the movie row and paste
your customized link in there.
Head over to youtube.com,
copy the video link and paste it on notepad.
After you’ve copied the
video link, it will look just like this.
Example;

things we need o remove from the video link. First we’ll remove he “WATCH” and
the question mark “?”, then secondly, we’ll remove the equal sign “=” and add
forward slash “/”. After all of that, our new customized link will look like
this.

There are other settings
that you can play around with, depending on what you want. Options like loop
play as slide open and a lot more.
